For years we’ve had a “no-awards” policy. Why? Because we know what it takes to win awards. We’ve won a few at past agencies and some of us have judged more than our fair share. And while we’re confident we do award winning work here, our philosophy was always that we could focus our time and energy on better things than preparing awards submissions. But this award…well, the team wanted it.
