Our Updated Trend Report: The Next Normal

Way back in May of 2020 we wrote, “It’s the uncertainty, isn’t it, that is so challenging for so many of us?” And here we are heading into the fourth quarter of 2021 and it’s the uncertainty, isn’t it, that is so challenging for so many of us?

Yet again, we are shifting into a new phase. Some call it the new normal and others call it the next normal. What we know for certain is that it’s still far from normal – at least when you compare it to life pre-COVID.

It’s not easy to determine where we are now, let alone where we’re headed, and what we do next, but we gave it a shot. And you’ll see in the report that the trends we predicted back in May of 2020, as the pandemic was first exploding, were pretty spot on.
