The Best Business Advice…

The best business advice I’ve ever gotten or given is that you should always be looking for your next hire. Without an active recruitment strategy, your company doesn’t have a future. 

I am looking for our next hire right now. That’s because we just made two great hires. I am thrilled to share that Rena Ramirez has joined Double Forte as an account director.  

Rena has more than 10 years of PR & Marketing experience. Prior to joining our team, she ran her own lifestyle boutique agency, Provocateur Media, for almost a decade, working with some of San Francisco’s most beloved lifestyle and consumer brands as well as hospitality destinations and concepts. She has fantastic client relationship experience and a shared passion for the business. I know, because I have been lucky to be her mentor for years. 

Joining Rena is her Provocateur colleague Clare Redlick, who joins us as an assistant account coordinator. Rena and Clare have already blended into our team working with wine/beverage and consumer lifestyle clients.
