In May 2016, Jaunt, Inc. tasked Double Forte with securing positive media attention and excitement around the launch of PURE McCartney VR, a series of VR documentary shorts that accompanied the launch of PURE McCartney, a career-spanning compilation album from Paul McCartney.
The Double Forte team developed a comprehensive launch strategy which included targeting consumer, music, VR, entertainment and technology media that told a deeper narrative around using VR to communicate the musician’s vision. This required working closely with executives from Paul McCartney’s communications team to ensure all public-facing messaging aligned with both McCartney and Jaunt’s brands.
In the week immediately following the announcement, Double Forte secured more than 50 unique articles in top tier publications including USA Today, Business Insider, The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, LA Times, Mashable and Digital Trends.
